About the Event
Auction Date: Saturday, March 24th at Sheraton Carlsbad. the auction and the 10s and 1000s of dollars we raise for scholarships and community grants is only possible through the hard work of you, our volunteer member. We have many opportunities for you to get involved and help make the auction a success. We can work with whatever level or time or commitment you have available.
Please sign up asap for one or more volunteer positions. Our committee leads will be doing planning and work the weeks before the event so please sign up now! Also...please feel free to sign up for MORE THAN ONE task if you can and are willing. Thank you!!!
VOLUNTEER BUT NOT "ATTEND" EVENT
*** If you would like to volunteer during the event, you have a no-ticket option. We understand that many of the volunteers will not have the time to sit down and enjoy the event. That being said, we do have 3 meal options: Box lunch $20.00, Chicken Piccata $35.00 or Vegetarian Pasta $35.00. You may bring your own snacks but must small. You do not need to buy an event ticket. We will have a 'volunteer' room where you can take a break and eat your own food. All meals must be paid for no later than 3/19. The meal options are below with payment option.
