Welcome to the 2025-2026 MSACP Scholarship Application Process! 

 

In 2024, the MSACP awarded $48,000 in scholarships to military-connected children and spouses pursuing postsecondary education!

 

This year there is only one (1) essay for applicants to write. Scores will be based on the responses received on both the application and the essay.  Essays will be graded on: proper formatting, organization, execution, and content of response. Applications and Essays must be submitted by 11:59 pm on March 1st 2026, to be considered for a scholarship this year.


Please Note: If you are a High Schooler or Spouse applying for a Vocational/Trade/Junior College please fill out that application, NOT the High School or Spouse Application and Essay.

Applications are open to dependents whose sponsors are active-duty, retired, or deceased members of the U.S.Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, or other sister services. Active-duty sponsors must be currently assigned to a MarineCorps unit or Marine Corps base tenant organization located within a 50-mile radius of Camp Pendleton. If theapplicant’s sponsor is a retiree, the retiree must have been honorably retired from the United States Navy or theUnited States Marine Corps by the time the scholarship application is submitted. Individuals whose UnitedStates Navy or United States Marine Corps sponsor is deceased may also apply. For all applicants—regardless ofwhether the sponsor is active-duty, retired, or deceased—both the sponsor (if living) and the applicant mustreside within a 50-mile radius of Camp Pendleton.

Community Enrichment Grants

In 2024, the MSACP awarded $27,000 in grants to 20 non-profit organizations that support our military service members and families here at Camp Pendleton.

The Military Spouse Association of Camp Pendleton is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization composed of spouses of active duty and retired military service members stationed at or living near Camp Pendleton. The MSACP raises charitable funds through various fundraising events throughout the year. Grants are awarded in May of each year to non-profit organizations that directly benefit the military community of Camp Pendleton.

Organizations must demonstrate a non-discrimination policy regarding staff, employment, governing board, and service delivery on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or national origin. 

​
