Margaritaville Volunteer Meeting

We’re excited to be planning our upcoming 26^th Annual Margaritaville Silent Auction. Every year, we host a silent auction with all proceeds going towards scholarships for dependents and community grants. It is our biggest event of the year, and we’re reaching out to ask for your help behind the scenes.

To make this event a success, we need a team of volunteers to help solicit donation items and sponsorships from different businesses, community members, and friends. Whether you can reach out to a few places or many, every contribution will make a difference.

Don’t worry, we’ll provide all the materials you need, including a sample email, talking points, and a donation form. No fundraising experience necessary, just a willingness to help and a little time.
